摘  要:研究了角质酶W5的特性及脱墨浆浓度、碎浆时间及酶用量对角质酶W5应用于混合办公废纸(MOW)脱墨效果的影响。结果表明:所选3个因素对脱墨效果的影响都较大;得出的最佳工艺条件是,碎浆温度为50七、pH=8.0、脱墨浆质量分数为10%、碎浆时间为30 min、酶用量为150 u/g,在此条件下脱墨浆白度为82.3%ISO,有效残余油墨量(Eric)为241,油墨去除率达80.5%,总脱墨废水COD下降47%。The characteristics of cutinase W5 and the influences of pulping time,pulping concentration as well as enzyme dosage on that mixed office waste paper(MOW)deinked by cutinase W5 are researched in this paper.The results show that:the selected three factors all have large effects on deinking result.The optimum technological conditions are obtained as follow:pulping temperature is 50℃,pulping pH=8.0,pulping concentration is 10%,pulping time is 30 minutes,enzyme dosage is 150 u/g.Under this condition,the whiteness of the deinked pulp reaches 82.3%ISO,Eric number is 241,ink removal rate reaches 80.5%,and the COD of deinking effluent declines 47%.
