摘　　要：目的探讨Westgard西格玛验证理论在雅培化学发光室间质评的常规检验项目上的应用。方法统计丽水市中心医院2017年第二次全国室间质量评价的常规化学发光24个检验项目,制作六西格玛性能验证图并计算各项目的σ值。结果在统计的24个检验项目中有5个项目分析性能<3σ;5个项目分析性能3≤σ<4;5个项目分析性能4≤σ<5;5个项目分析性能5≤σ<6;4个项目的分析性能>6σ。其中,σ度量值最大的是甲胎蛋白,为9.18;最小的是C199和PR为2.18;平均σ度量值为4.52。在未达到6σ的19个检验项目中,采用质量目标指数来寻找性能不佳原因,需优先改进精密度的有15个项目,优先改进准确度的有3个项目,准确度和精密度同时需要改进的有2个项目。结论 Westgard西格玛理论能有效地评价检测项目性能,适用于检验质量的管理和提高,更好的服务于临床。Objective To explore the application of Westgard Sigma theory in the routine lab items of Abbott chemical luminescence external quality assessment. Methods A total of 24 routine chemical luminescence lab items for the second national intercompartment quality assessment of Lishui Central Hospital in 2017 were enrolled in this statistical study. 6 sigma performance verification chart was made and the σ value for each item was calculated. Results Among the 24 items counted, analysis capability of 5 items was <3σ;5 items 3≤σ<4;5 items 4≤σ<5;5 items 5≤σ<6;4 items >6σ. Among them, AFP had the largest metric value σ, namely 9.18, and C199 and PRL had the smallest value, namely 2.18;the average σ metric value was 4.52. Among the 19 lab items with analysis capacity of less than 6σ, the quality goal index was used to find out the cause of poor capacity. There were 15 items of which improving precision should be given priority, 3 items of which improving accuracy should be given priority, and 2 items of which improving accuracy and precision should be given priority. Conclusion Westgard Sigma theory can effectively evaluate the analysis capacity of the lab items. It is suitable for management and improvement of test quality to better serve the clinic.
