摘 要:目的了解2016年-2017年阳泉市手足口病病原学特征,为手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法收集2016年-2017年阳泉市手足口病哨点医院手足口病临床诊断病例咽试子标本,用real-time PCR同时检测总肠道病毒、EV71、CoxA16、CoxA6、CoxA10。结果 2016年-2017年共检测样本349份,检出阳性301份,总阳性率为86.25%。EV71、 CoxA16、 CoxA6和CoxA10阳性率分别为55.81%、27.91%、11.30%和1.33%。2016年以CoxA16为优势流行株,占72.45%;2017年以EV71为优势流行株,占77.83%。结论阳泉市2016年和2017年手足口病优势流行株不同,CoxA6和CoxA10引起的手足口病应得到重视。加强多种病原学监测,对于指导手足口病疫情防控具有重要意义。Objective To understand the pathogenic characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Yangquan City from 2016 to 2017 and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of HFMD.Methods Throat specimens of HFMD cases were collected from sentinel hospital in Yangquan City from 2016 to 2017.Real-time PCR was adopted for the simultaneous detection of total enterovirus,EV71,CoxA16,CoxA6,CoxA10.Results A total of 349 samples were tested from 2016 to 2017,and 301 cases were positive,with the total positive rate of 86.25%.The positive ratio of EV71,Cox A16,CoxA6,and CoxA10 was 55.81%,27.91%,11.30%,and 1.33%.CoxA 16 was the dominant strain in 2016,accounting for 72.45%.EV71 was the dominant epidemic strain in 2017,accounting for 77.83%.Conclusion HFMD dominant epidemic strains are different in Yangquan in 2016 and 2017.HFMD caused by CoxA6 and CoxA10 should be taken seriously.Strengthening the monitoring of multiple pathogens is of great significance for guiding the prevention and control of HFMD epidemic.
