摘　　要：为了不断提升全路通信骨干网运维管理智能化、信息化水平,规范运维管理流程,加强网络运行智能维护管理水平,全面提高维护管理工作效率,在充分调查需求和研究发展方向的基础上,提出全路通信智能运维管理平台的系统构架、功能需求及实施建议。In order to improve the intelligent and IT level of the telecommunication backbone of the whole railway continuously,it is necessary to build the whole railway intelligent operation and management platform for communication by standardizing the operation and maintenance management process?strengthening the intelligent maintenance management level of the network,and improving the efficiency of maintenance management.On the basis of fully investigating the needs and development trend,the system framework,functional requirements and implementation recommendations are put forward.
