摘　　要：吉林省中医药博物馆现珍藏近代名医傅然手写处方289件,其中患者就诊信息、主诉、方剂处方等内容极为完整,且格式规范统一,临证理法方药俱全,是存留至今珍贵的民国医家诊籍资料。为此,以吉林省中医药博物馆藏品为基础,采用文献学方法,分析处方具体内容、患者信息及傅氏临证理法方药特点,以期明晰傅氏学术思想,并还原就诊患者生活、就医风貌。The Jilin Museum of Chinese Medicine has collected 289 handwritten prescriptions of Fu Ran, a famous doctor in modern times. Among them, the contents of patients’ information, complaints and prescriptions are very complete, with standard and unified format. Clinical theories, methods and medicines are all available in the prescriptions and they belong to the valuable case records remained of physicians during the period of the Republic of China. Based on the collections of Jilin Museum of Chinese Medicine, this paper uses the methods of documentation and analyzes specific prescription contents, patient information and characteristics of Fu’s clinical treatment theory and prescriptions to clarify his academic thoughts and restore the patients’ lives and conditions of seeing a doctor.
