摘 要:本文通过对聚酯片基生产工艺的改进,开展了同时在线涂布底层和背层的一系列实验,印证了在线同时涂布底层和背层的可能性。对热敏记录材料的底层和背层配方加以改进实验,既保证了底层与热敏成像层的优良附着力,又通过优异的背层涂布实现了打印过程的低静电和防粘连性,同时背层牢度和透度均可满足打印需求。通过在线在聚酯片基成型过程中同时涂布底层和背层,既节省了工时又简化了生产工艺,对提质降成本起到了积极地作用。A series of experiments were conducted to improve the production process of polyester base,which confirmed the possibility of simultaneous coating of the base layer and back layer on-line.Through a series of baselayer and back layer formulations experiments of thermal recording materials,the base is improved to ensure the excellent adhesion between the base and the thermal imaging layer;and the low static electricity and anti-adhesion of the printing process are realized by the excellent back coating.At the same time,the back layer adhesion and light transmittance can meet the printing requirements.The on-line coating of the base and back layer during the forming process of the polyester base not only saves the working hours but also simplifies the production process,which plays a positive role in improving the quality and reducing the cost.
