摘  要:桥梁工程中,预制梁场合理的布置和科学的规划对保证桥梁工程进度、控制成本有着非常重要的意义。通过引入系统布置方法(SLP)结合BIM技术对梁场的布置规划进行了定性和定量的研究,对梁场各功能分区进行系统的分析,并基于BIM技术确定各功能区的面积和布置形式。在此基础上建立功能区布局的数学模型,求解得到梁场的最优布置。研究表明,该方法在保证工程进度,优化梁场布置,减少二次搬用,降低成本等方面有着显著的效果,可为相关工程提供参考和借鉴。In bridge engineering,the reasonable layout and scientific planning of prefabricated beam field is of great significance for ensuring the progress of bridge project and controlling the cost.This paper introduced the systematic layout planing(SLP)combined with BIM technology to qualitatively and quantitatively study the layout planning of beam field,systematically analyzes the functional divisions of beam field,and determines the area and arrangement form of each functional area based on BIM technology.On this basis,the mathematical model of the functional area layout was established,and the optimal arrangement of the beam field was obtained.The research shows that the method has significant effects in ensuring the progress of project,optimizing the layout of beam field,reducing the secondary use and reducing the cost,and can provide reference for related projects.
