摘  要:基于UG建立轴承的实体模型,在HyperMesh/LS-DYNA中实现承受径向载荷、转速和摩擦力等条件的显式动力学仿真,并对损伤轴承与未损伤轴承的应力、位移、速度及加速度等动态特征进行分析。分析结果表明:轴承最大应力位置处于内圈滚道损伤表面,内圈损伤轴承应力比未损伤轴承大,且内圈损伤会影响滚子和内圈挡边的应力;内圈损伤时内圈与滚子节点在x,y方向的位移将增大,且随时间变化位移变化更剧烈;损伤轴承滚子节点速度幅值、最大加速度均大于未损伤轴承,且波动程度远大于未损伤轴承。The solid model of bearings is established based on UG.The explicit dynamics simulation of radial load,rotational speed and frictional force is realized in HyperMesh/LS-DYNA,and the stress,displacement,velocity and acceleration of damaged and undamaged bearings are analyzed.The results show that the maximum stress of bearings is located on inner ring raceway damage surface,the stress of bearings with inner ring damage is larger than that of undamaged bearings,and the inner ring damage affects stress on roller and inner ring rib.The nodal displacement of damaged inner ring and roller in x and y directions is increased,and the displacement changes more dramatically with time.The velocity amplitude and maximum acceleration of roller nodes of damaged bearings are greater than those of undamaged bearings,and the fluctuation is much greater.
