摘 要:计入空穴效应,运用多物理场耦合软件对球面轴承模型进行有限元仿真分析,对比有无考虑空穴效应时油膜压力的分布情况。结果表明:考虑空穴效应时,球面轴承的油膜压力峰值下降,由单向流固耦合分析得到的轴承弹性变形峰值也减小;油膜压力随偏心率、转速、黏度的增大及定转子间隙的减小而增大,轴承承载能力提高,但也加剧了油膜发散区域的空穴现象,增加了气相体积分数。通过球面转子的油膜压力试验验证了数值仿真结果的准确性。在电动机的实际应用中选择合适的参数有助于改善球面轴承的工况,确保轴承稳定运行,延长其使用寿命。The cavitation effect is taken into consideration,and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out for model of spherical bearings by using multiple physical field coupling software.The pressure distribution of oil film with and without consideration of cavitation effect is compared.The results show that considering cavitation effect,the peak value of oil film pressure of spherical bearing decreases and the peak value of elastic deformation of the bearings obtained by one-way fluid-solid coupling analysis also decreases.The oil film pressure increases with increase of eccentricity,rotational speed and viscosity and decrease of stator-rotor clearance,which improves load capacity of the bearings,exacerbates cavitation phenomenon of oil film divergence region and increases gas phase volume fraction.The accuracy of numerical simulation results is verified through oil film pressure test of spherical rotor.The selection of appropriate parameters in practical application of motor is helpful to improve operating conditions of spherical bearings,ensure stable operation and prolong service life of the bearings.
