摘 要:随着家电智能化和电动工具的快速发展,单相串励电动机的需求量也在不断增加。针对单相串励电动机效率低和功率因数不高的缺点,采用Ansys中的RMxprt对单相串励电机进行优化设计。基于单相串励电机的电压方程和相量图,减少电抗有利于提高功率因数,通过改变气隙大小和匝比得出功率因数、效率特性曲线。在满足约束条件下,选取合适的匝比和气隙,使得单相串励电机的功率因数和效率达到最大。最后,采用有限元分析法验证了所设计电机的合理性。With the rapid development of power tools and home appliances intelligence,the demand for single-phase series-excited motors is also increasing.In view of the shortcomings of low efficiency and low power factor of single-phase series-excited motor,the RMxprt in ANSYS was used to optimize the design of single-phase series-excited motor.Based on the voltage equation and phasor diagram of the single-phase series-excited motor,reducing the reactance is beneficial to improve the power factor,and the power factor and efficiency curve were obtained by changing the air gap size and the turns ratio.Under the constraint condition,the appropriate turns ratio and air gap were selected to maximize the power factor and efficiency of the single-phase series-excited motor.Finally,using the finite element analysis method,the rationality of the designed motor was verified.
