摘 要:永磁同步电机具有高转速、高功率密度以及较高的运行可靠性等优点,已经逐渐被广泛应用在各行各业当中。永磁同步电机的弱磁扩速能力作为一项重要的性能指标,也越来越受到人们的关注。传统的永磁同步电机弱磁特性的计算方法主要是基于建立复杂的控制系统仿真得到的,而采用相关的有限元法分析永磁同步电机弱磁特性的方法并不多。本文首先采用有限元静态磁场法计算得到考虑磁路饱和及交叉耦合的d、q轴电感,然后根据电机的不同运行方式,结合有限元分析软件Ansys,提出了一种简单、有效的永磁同步电机的弱磁特性分析方法,并以一台具体的内置式永磁同步电机为例,对永磁同步电机的弱磁特性进行了详细的分析。Permanent magnet synchronous motors have been widely used in various industries due to their high speed,high power density and high operational reliability.Therefore,the flux-weakening performance,as an important index of permanent magnet synchronous motor,has also attracted more and more attention.The traditional methods for obtaining the weak magnetic characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors were mainly obtained by building complex control systems.However,there are not many methods to analyze the weak magnetic characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors by finite element method.In this paper,the d-axis and q-axis inductances considering magnetic saturation and cross-coupling were calculated by finite element static magnetic field method.Then,according to the different control methods of the motor,combined with the finite element analysis software Ansys,a simple and effective method for analyzing the weak magnetic characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed.And taking an actual interior permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example,the weak magnetic properties of the motor were analyzed in detail.
