摘  要:通过对陕西省王瑶水库的实测资料和水沙特性分析,类比同类工程,参照经验公式计算,对以防洪为主的多泥沙河流水库泄流排沙规模进行研究。西北黄土高原地区多泥沙河流由于泥沙颗粒细且含沙量高,洪水期水流流态属宾汉体,堰流流量系数小于牛顿体。通过分析,王瑶水库作为防洪水库,受泄流规模偏小的限制,滞洪过程无效拦蓄过多,造成库内泥沙淤积严重,需要增大泄洪排沙规模,满足洪峰过后在下游安全前提下,尽快下泄所滞蓄洪水,使泥沙在库内落淤量少,同时形成协调的水沙关系,使冲刷下泄的泥沙在下游河道不淤积。Based on the observation data and characteristics analysis of water and sediment of Wangyao Reservoir in Shaanxi Province,the capacity of flood-discharging and sediment-flushing of reservoir in sediment-laden river with main purpose of flood control is studied by referencing similar projects and empirical formula.Because the sediment-laden rivers in the Loess Plateau of Northwest China are characterized by fine sediments and high sediment concentration,the regime of flow in flood period is a Bingham body,and its discharge coefficient of weir flow is smaller than that of the Newtonian body,and the flood control reservoir is limited by the operation mode.As a flood control reservoir,the Wangyao Reservoir is limited by smaller discharge capacity,so the flood detention process is inefficient,which causes serious siltation in the reservoir.It is necessary to increase the capacity of flood discharge and sediment discharge,and under the premise of guaranteeing downstream flood safety demand,the accumulated floods need to be drained as soon as possible for decreasing the siltation in reservoir.At the mean time,the flood-discharging and sediment-flushing should be coordinated,so that there is no sediment deposit in downstream channel.
