摘  要:针对钢闸门传统设计工作中存在的设计方法不够合理,设计任务量大、效率低,设计与数字化工程建设需求脱节等问题,结合CAD/CAE技术与优化设计理念,深入探索了钢闸门数字化设计的新思路,形成了一套适用于钢闸门数字化设计的方法,并重点对其建模技术、模型转换技术及工程分析技术作了详细的阐述。在钢闸门模板数据库支持下,对某工程平面钢闸门进行数字化设计,在高效完成钢闸门三维参数化建模、有限元模型转换、结构计算及优化等设计内容的同时,最大程度实现了结构的安全性与经济性的统一。钢闸门数字化设计方法的应用有效提高了闸门的设计效率与质量,可为今后工程行业钢闸门数字化设计推广提供技术指导。In view of the problems of unreasonable design method,heavy design task,lower efficiency,and the disconnection between design and digital engineering construction in traditional steel gate design,the digitalization of steel gate design is explored based on the technology of CAD/CAE and the design optimization idea.A set of methods suitable for the digital design of steel gates is developed,and the technologies of modeling,model transformation and engineering analysis are introduced.With the supporting of steel gate template database,the digital design of a plane steel gate is carried out,and furthermore,the integration of structural safety and economy are realized while efficiently completing the design contents of steel gate about three-dimensional parametric modeling,finite element model transformation,structure calculation and optimization.The practice of digital design methods in steel gates efficiently improves the efficiency and quality of steel gate design,and provides technical guidance for the promotion of digital design of steel gates in the future.
