摘 要:当前,限电工况下风电机组均匀降功率运行和无差别轮流检修,使风电机组检修针对性弱、成本高;风电场弃风与检修停机计划不匹配,导致弃风严重。引入成本低廉的退役动力电池,以风出力预测为基础,制定风电场发电、存储、维护三者的“发-储-修”一体化新模式。首先,评估风电机组健康状态,以确定风电机组发电、检修优先级;然后,以储能系统为电能“削峰填谷”的载体,改善并网电能的平稳性;最后,以新疆达坂城某风电场实际历史数据为依据,验证该运行模式的合理性。Under the condition of power limit,the units of wind farm will evenly decrease the output and will be maintained at an indiscriminate rotation mode at present,which makes the maintenance of wind unit weak target and high cost.The wind abandonment time does not match the maintenance plan,which results in serious wind abandonment.By introducing low-cost decommissioning power battery,a new integrated model of power generation,storage and maintenance of wind farm is developed based on the prediction of wind output.Among them,the health status of wind unit is firstly assessed to determine the priority of unit power generation and maintenance,then the energy storage system is used as the carrier of power peak and valley regulation to improve the stability of grid-connected power,and finally,the actual historical data of a wind farm in Dabancheng,Xinjiang is used to verify the effectiveness of new model.
