摘 要:横向风载是跨座式单轨车辆系统主要外部激扰源之一。基于多体动力学理论,考虑了轮胎的力学非线性特性,建立了具有38个自由度的跨座式单轨车辆系统动力学模型。以横向脉动风载及美国六级谱轨道不平顺作为系统外部激励输入,开展了在不同风速工况下跨座式单轨车辆运行安全性、平稳性研究。结果表明:车辆动态响应结果随速度的增加而不断增强。当风速达到20m/s时,车辆轮重减载率较高,建议车辆降速或暂停运营。在风速小于15m/s时,跨座式单轨车辆可正常安全运行。横向脉动风载作用下的车辆动态响应的最大值,相对于稳定风载大约会增加(5~12)%。The transverse wind load is one of the main external disturbance sources of the straddle-type monorail vehicle system.A detailed dynamic model of the straddle-type monorail vehicle with 38 degrees of freedom is established based on the multi-body dynamics theory,where the nonlinear characteristics of tyre mechanics are considered.The sixth grade track irregularity PSD of US.railways are taken as excitation of the driving,stabling and guiding wheels in the dynamic computations.The running safety and stability for the straddle-type monorail vehicle is further studied under different wind speed and vehicle speed when the transverse pulsating wind load is applied.The following conclusions can be drawn that the load reduction rate of the vehicle wheel is higher when the wind speed is 20m/s,and it is suggested that the vehicle should slow down or suspend operation,The straddle-type monorail vehicle can operate safely when the wind speed is less than 15m/s.The maximum value of dynamic response for the monorail vehicle under transverse pulsating wind is about(5~12)%higher,compared with stable wind load.
