摘 要:为研究双头单螺杆泵等壁厚橡胶衬套的力学性能,建立了常规衬套和等壁厚衬套的计算模型。采用有限元法分析了均匀内压和初始接触状态下两种衬套的受力情况,由此将两种衬套的力学性能进行对比。计算结果表明:在均匀内压下,双头单螺杆泵常规型衬套最大位移出现在内壁凸起处,而等壁厚衬套的最大位移出现在圆弧凹陷处;相同压力下,等壁厚衬套的位移和应力均小于常规衬套;等壁厚衬套对压力的敏感程度低于常规衬套,具有更好的抗压抗变形能力;初始接触状态下,等壁厚衬套的接触压力更大,密封性能更好,但是等壁厚衬套的应力场扩散至了衬套外壁,这就要求衬套与缸套间必须具有更大的粘结强度。In order to study the mechanical properties of equidistant wall rubberbushingof double helixsingle PCP(progressing cavity pump),the calculation model of general bushing and equidistant wall bushing was established respectively.The finite element method was used to analyze the stress of the two bushings under uniform internal pressure and initial contact condition,through which the mechanical properties of the two bushings were compared.The results show that under the uniform internal pressure,the maximum displacement of the double helixsingle PCP’s general bushing appears at the inner wall protrusion,while the maximum displacement of the equal wall bushing occurs at the arc depression.Under the same pressure,the displacement and stress of the equal wall bushings are smaller than those of general bushing.Equal wall bushing are less sensitive to pressure than general bushing and have better resistance to compression.In the initial contact state,the greaterthe contact pressure of the equal wall bushing is,the better the sealing performance is,but the stress field of the equal wall bushing is diffused to the outer wall of the bushing,which requires that the bushing and the cylinder sleeve must have a greater bond strength.
