摘  要:孔盘结构很好的解决了盘式制动器涉水时水膜的不利影响,而被普通公路车辆采用。工程车辆不存在涉水情况,分析孔盘结构对其温度场及应力场影响。基于三维瞬态温度场热传导方程,建立温度场传热方程,并搭建有限元模型;对比分析紧急制动工况下,两种形式制动器温度场、应力场分布;搭建试验台,对分析结果进行验证。结果可知:,制动初速度越小,温升最高时刻点越靠后;温度场和应力场的耦合会使制动盘产生更大的热应力使制动盘疲劳强度降低,寿命缩短,整个制动系统的制动效能下降;打孔对于制动盘的温度场、热应力场产生不利影响,会降低制动效能;因此,由于工程车辆盘式制动器的安装特点,不宜采用此种孔盘结构制动器形式。The orifice plate structure of disc brake is a good solution to the adverse effects of water film on braking performance when the brake is wading and was used in ordinary road vehicles.There is no wading situation in the disc brake of the construction vehicle.The influence of the orifice structure on its temperature field and stress field is analyzed.Based on the three-dimensional transient temperature field heat conduction equation,the heat transfer equation of the temperature of the disc brake was established and a finite element analysis model was built.Comparison of the characteristics of the temperature field and the stress field of the brakes in the perforated and non-perforated two types of brakes under the emergency braking conditions were toke.The brake test bed was set up,verify the simulation results.As a result,it can be seen that for an emergency braking condition,the instantaneous maximum temperature of the brake does not appear at the end of the braking,but at a time before the end of the braking.And the smaller the initial braking speed,the highest temperature rise when the more points.The coupling of the temperature field and the stress field will cause the brake disc to produce greater thermal stress during the braking process to reduce the fatigue strength of the brake disc,so that the life of the brake system is less,the braking performance of the entire braking system is reduced.Punching has a detrimental effect on the temperature field and thermal stress field of the brake disc,which reduces the braking efficiency.Therefore,due to the installation characteristics of the construction vehicle disc brakes,it is not appropriate to use such a brake.
