摘  要:微推力器阵列寻址驱动系统通过优化算法向目标微推力器发送最优点火指令进行组合点火,实现输出目标输出冲量和冲量矩。微推力器阵列加工工艺以及结构正日臻成熟,但其寻址驱动系统设计研究工作还不够完善。针对微推力器阵列寻址驱动系统性能评价方法研究不完善的现状,提出一种涵盖系统响应速度(表现为延时)和接口匹配两方面内容的性能评价方法。应用该方法对10×10微推力器阵列(阵列中单个点火电桥点火延时为375μs)进行测试并分析数据。结果表明:寻址驱动系统延时小于阵列点火延时,接口匹配可靠。该方法具有可行性。To achieve the target output impulse,the micro-thruster array addressing drive system sends the optimal ignition command to the target micro-thrusters through the optimization algorithm.The processing technology and structure of the micro-thruster array is maturing,but its addressing drive system design research work is not perfect.Aiming at the imperfection of the performance evaluation method of the micro-thruster array addressing drive system,It presents a performance evaluation method that covers both the response speed(performance as delay)and the interface matching.This method is used to test and analyze the data for a 10×10 micro-thruster array(the ignition delay of a single ignition bridge in the array is 375μs).The results show that the delay of the addressing drive system is less than the ignition delay of the array,and the interface matching is reliable.The method is feasible.
