摘  要:控制器是电传动系统的核心,直接控制着动力的正常传递,对整车正常工作影响较大,针对主控制器结构进行分析设计。根据自卸车辆的工作和结构特点,主控制器需要运行一定算法,通过与上位机和下位机的通信,进行电气传动系统的统一控制;根据其功能需求确定了32位DSP和ARM双处理器的设计方案,并采用了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统,对主控制器的硬件、软件进行设计;为提高并联总线传递数据的可靠性,设计冗余系统;调试结果证明满足了设计需要,实现了所有设计功能并且工作稳定可靠;并利用柴油发电机组进行了测试,结果可以满足实际需求,并联冗余后系统的可靠性明显地升,平均寿命是前者的1.5倍,可以作为实际应用的参考。The controller is the core of the electric drive system,which directly controls the normal transmission of power,and has a great impact on the normal operation of the whole vehicle.The analysis and design of the main controller structure is carried out.According to the work and structural characteristics of the dump truck,the main controller needs to run a certain algorithm.Unified control of the electric drive system through communication with the host computer and the lower computer,the unified control of the electrical transmission system is carried out.The design of 32-bit DSP and ARM dual processor is determined according to its functional requirements.TheμC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system is used to design the hardware and software of the main controller.In order to improve the reliability of data transmitted by parallel buses,the redundant systems are designed.The debugging results prove that the design requirements are met,all the design functions are realized and the work is stable and reliable.And using diesel generator sets to test,the results can meet the actual needs.After parallel redundancy,the reliability of the system increases significantly,and the average life is 1.5 times that of the former,which can be used as a reference for practical applications.
