摘 要:基于电磁学理论分析了永磁涡流制动的基本原理,推导了环形磁铁沿导体管运动的涡流制动力计算公式,并与施工升降机的结构特点相结合提出一种新型永磁涡流防坠落装置。结合某SSD型施工升降机,建立了吊笼无初速坠落永磁涡流制动的动力学模型。利用COMSOL进行有限元仿真分析,探究了磁铁组阵列排布对磁通密度的影响,磁铁组与导体管之间的空气间隙大小对吊笼坠落速度的影响。仿真结果显示磁铁组能在吊笼超载坠落时达到制动效果,为施工升降机永磁涡流防坠落装置的设计提供依据。Based on electromagnetic theory,the basic principle of permanent magnet eddy current brake is analyzed,and the formula of eddy current braking force is deduced when the ring magnet moves along the axis of conductor tube.Combined with the structural features of Construction Hoist,a new type of permanent magnet eddy current Anti-Fall device is put forward.It combines a SSD type Construction Hoist to built the dynamic model of a permanent magnet eddy current brake with the no initial velocity fall.The finite element simulation analysis of COMSOL software is carried out to investigate the influence of magnet arrangement on magnetic flux density,and the influence of air gap between magnet group and conductor tube on the fall speed of cage.The simulation results show that the magnet group can achieve the braking effect when the cage is overloaded fall,which provides the basis for the design of the permanent magnet eddy current Anti-Fall device for Construction Hoist.
