摘 要:随着电子消费类产品研发速度越来越加快,数控玻璃磨边机在手机屏幕,Ipad屏幕,数码相机屏幕,屏保等玻璃产品的加工应用需求也在加快。在原有数控玻璃磨边机硬件的情况下,为提高设备的生产稼动率及成品率,增加设计一种具有全自动模式的机器视觉定位补偿系统,对数控加工件进行自动拍照定位、将工件偏移数据传输到数控控制系统、控制系统根据偏移数据实现加工路径的自动校正。重点解决了数控系统、可编程控制器、单片机与工业相机CCD之间的交互通信,开展了各种干扰因素的测试实验。数据结果表明,本系统具有可靠性高、工作稳定、检测精度高、速度快的优点。With the development of electronic consumer products faster and faster,CNC glass edging machine in the mobile phone screen,Ipad screen,digital camera screen,screensavers and other glass products processing applications are accelerating,it in the CNC glass edging machine inherent In the case of hardware,in order to improve the production rate and yield of the equipment,We designed a machine vision positioning compensation system with automatic mode,automatic positioning of CNC machining parts,and the workpiece offset data transmission to the numerical control control system,the control system according to the offset data to achieve automatic processing path correction.Focusing on the realization of the numerical control system,programmable controller,microcontroller and industrial camera CCD interactive communication between the various factors to carry out a variety of test experiments.The data show that the system has the advantages of high reliability,stable operation,high precision and fast speed.
