摘  要:以7075铝合金作为试验对象,对摩擦叠焊过程进行数值模拟,研究不同工艺参数对铝合金摩擦叠焊单元成形的影响。为了便于分析计算,将其简化为二维轴对称模型,应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立摩擦叠焊过成二维轴对称热力耦合模型,并且采用FRIC子程序和网格重划分技术进行分析。通过设定不同的工艺参数组合,分析焊接过程温度场、应力场和轴向进给量,获得不同工艺参数对摩擦叠焊单元成形产生的影响。结果表明:轴向压力和旋转速度能够影响焊接时间;较大的轴向压力和旋转速度增加应力的峰值;轴向压力和旋转速度会对轴向位移产生影响,但轴向压力对位移的影响要大于转速。The friction superposition welding process of 7075 aluminum alloy was numerically simulated to study the influence of different technological parameters on the forming of aluminum alloy friction superposition welding unit.In order to facilitate the analysis and calculation,it was simplified into a two-dimensional axisymmetric model.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish a two-dimensional axisymmetric thermodynamic coupling model of friction superposition welding,and the analysis was carried out by using FRIC subroutine and mesh redivision technology.The temperature field,stress field and axial feed in welding process were analyzed by setting different combination of process parameters,and the influence of different process parameters on the formation of friction superposition welding unit was obtained.The results show that the axial pressure and rotation speed can affect the welding time.Larger axial pressure and rotational velocity increase the stress peak;Axial pressure and rotation speed have an effect on axial displacement,but the effect of axial pressure on displacement is greater than that of rotation speed.
