摘  要:针对某型号卫星用减压器产品的外漏率水平在指标要求附近、外漏密封裕度不高的情况,分析该产品的结构特点,开展相应的分析和试验工作;根据试验结果提出相应改进措施及相关试验验证。将改进后方案装配至产品,在产品研制流程中对其漏率情况进行测试,试验结果表明改进后产品的外漏率密封裕度明显提升。The leakage rate of a pressure regulator for satellite is near the requirement of the index,and the leakage margin is not enough.To solve the problems,the structure characteristics of the pressure regulator were analyzed,corresponding analysis and test work was carried out.The improvement measures and test verification were put forward according to the test results.The improved scheme was assembled to the product,and the leakage rate of the product was tested in the product development process.The test results show that the leakage rate of the improved product is obviously improved.
