摘 要:对某双向平衡阀流量特性异常问题进行故障分析,发现其中一向插装式平衡阀通油能力异常下降。对该平衡阀工作原理进行机制分析,得出平衡阀阀套与阀孔间隙是造成平衡阀通油能力下降的主要因素。通过对此间隙进行试验研究,消除间隙后该类平衡阀的流量特性恢复正常;最后试验结果与该平衡阀无间隙流量特性的仿真结果进行了对比,结果基本一致。Fault analysis and application research on abnormal flow characteristics of a counterbalance valve were made,and the abnormal decreased flow characteristics of the counterbalance valve in this circuit was the reason of this problem.It was found that the gap between the valve sleeve and the bottom of the hole was the mainly factor of the decreased flow characteristics by analyzing the working principle of the counterbalance valve.The flow characteristics of the counterbalance valve was back to normal by eliminating the gap.Experimental results and the simulation results of the flow characteristics are basically identical.
