摘 要:为了实现含油污泥无害化处理和资源化利用,利用热解处理技术对新疆某含油污泥原料进行理化性质分析,评价含油污泥在不同条件下的热解特性,并对热解残渣的吸附性能进行评价,从而优选出含油污泥的最佳热解处理工艺参数。结果表明:在升温速率5℃/min、热解温度550℃、反应时间4 h的条件下,可将含油污泥热解残渣的含油率降至0.2%,实现了含油污泥的无害化和达标排放的目标;通过进一步调整含油污泥热解工艺参数,即升温速率15℃/min、热解温度600℃、反应时间3 h,含油污泥热解残渣将废水COD降低167mg/L,可作为废水处理的吸附剂使用,为含油污泥的资源化利用提供了依据。To realize the harmlessness and resourcification of oily sludge,the physicochemical properties and pyrolysis performance of Xinjiang oily residues as well as adsorption performance of pyrolysis residue were studied through pyrolysis test.The sludge pyrolysis conditions were obtained and optimized.The results showed that the oil content in pyrolyzed residue dropped to 0.2% at the conditions of a temperature of 550℃,a heating rate of 5℃/min,a reaction time of 4 h,achieving the goal of harmless and standard discharge of oily sludge.By further adjusting sludge pyrolysis process conditions,at a temperature of 600℃,a heating rate of 15℃/min,a reaction time of 3 h,the pyrolyzed residue could reduce the COD of wastewater by 167 mg/ L.The pyrolysed residue can be used as an adsorbent for treating waste water,which can provide the basis for oily sludge reclamation.
