摘  要:在KYET水电站早期设计阶段,针对长7100m的发电引水系统水力过渡过程,研究比较了调压井、气垫式调压室、调压阀等型式,初步推荐采用调压井作为调压方式。随着工作的深入,认识到采用调压阀替代调压井是可行的。利用水力过渡过程计算分析了带有调压阀的水轮机调节系统在一次调频、大/小波动工况的表现,并采用带调压阀的机组调节仿真试验系统进行了复核研究。基于计算和试验成果,进行了调压阀选型、布置和防抬机复核,并开展了优化方案效益分析。结果表明,该水电站采用调压阀方案能够解决机组转速和水道压力上升问题,满足机电设备和水工建筑物的运行和安全要求,以调压阀替代调压井是可行的,其经济、社会和生态效益显著。In the early design stage of KYET Hydropower Station in Xinjiang,the surge regulation methods of surge shaft,air cushion surge chamber and pressure relief valve(PRV)were studied and compared,aiming at the hydraulic transients of water diversion system with a length of 7 100 m.Surge shaft was initially recommended.With the development of design work,it was realized that it was possible to use PRV replacing surge shaft.In this paper,the performances of hydraulic turbine governing system under load cases of primary frequency mod?ulation and large/small fluctuation were analyzed with hydraulic transient process calculation,and verified with a turbine governing simulation test system having actual PRV supported by a national research project.Based on the calculation and test results,the selection,arrangement of PRV and the turbine anti?lift check were carried out.The benefits of surge regulation method optimization were analyzed.The results show that the use of PRV can solve the problems of turbine speed rising and water pressure rising in conveyance system and meet the operation and safety requirements of hydropower equipment and hydraulic structures;it is feasible to substitute PRV for surge shaft and its economic,social and ecological benefits are remarkable.
