正常男性听性脑干反应潜伏期与耳优势的研究

摘  要:目的探讨正常男青年的中枢传导时间与语言偏侧化之间的相互关系。方法对20例正常青年男性进行click声、短纯音和言语声诱发的听性脑干反应(ABR)测试,并进行以辅音-元音(CV)单音节为刺激组的英文分听测试,分听测试分别在无被迫注意模式(non-forced attention,NF)、右耳被迫注意模式(forced-right attention,FR)和左耳被迫注意模式(forced-left attention,LR)下进行;用听性脑干反应的潜伏期表示中枢传导时间,语言偏侧化以耳优势右耳的得分减左耳得分的形式表示,分析ABR潜伏期与耳优势之间的相关性。结果在NF和LR模式下,中枢传导时间(ABR潜伏期)与耳优势之间无相关性,相关系数r<0.5(P>0.05),但在FR模式下,中枢传导时间与耳优势之间显著相关,相关系数r>0.5(P<0.05)。结论正常青年男性中枢传导时间与耳优势之间互不影响,但是,在注意力影响下,耳优势与中枢传导时间之间存在一定关联。Objective The aim of this study is to study the interaction between the central conduction time and language lateralization in normal young men.Methods A total of 20 normal young males were tested for auditory brainstem response evoked by click, tone burst and speech sound, and dichotic listening with monosyllables as stimulus pairs that conducted under non-forced, forced-right and forced-left attention. The central conduction time was expressed by the latency in auditory brainstem response. Language lateralization was expressed in the form of ear advantage in dichotic listening task, and the ear advantage was the score of the right ear minus the score in the left ear.Results There was no correlation between the central conduction time and ear advantages in NF and FR, which the correlation coefficient was r<0.5(P>0.05),but there was a significant correlation between the central conduction time and ear advantage in FR, which the correlation coefficient was r>0.5(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no correlation between the central conduction time and ear advantage,but there is a correlation between ear advantage and central conduction time under the influence of attention.
