针刺冲任脉对卵巢储备功能下降患者性激素的改善效果

摘　　要：目的观察针刺冲任脉对卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)患者性激素的改善效果。方法选择2015年5月~2018年5月就诊于北京中医药大学东直门医院(通州院区、东城院区)针灸科门诊DOR患者,共66例。采用1∶1随机数字表法将患者分为针刺组(33例)和对照组(33例,穴位埋线)。观察患者治疗前后及随访期血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清FSH/促黄体生成素(FSH/LH)、中医症状评分改善效果。结果两组治疗前FSH、FSH/LH、中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后及随访期FSH、FSH/LH、中医症状评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺组治疗后及随访期FSH、FSH/LH、中医症状评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺和穴位埋线调理冲任对DOR患者均有治疗作用,针刺冲任脉对DOR患者性激素水平的改善具有良好的效果。Objective To observe the improvement effect of acpuncture at Chong and Conception Channels on sex hormones in patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods A total of 66 patients with DOR in the Outpatient Department of Acupuncture,Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(Branch of Tongzhou District,Dongcheng District)from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into acupuncture group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases,acupoint catgut embedding)by 1∶1 random number table method.The improvement effect of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),serum FSH/luteinizing hormone(FSH/LH)and Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment and during follow-up period were observed.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of FSH,FSH/LH and Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of FSH,FSH/LH and Chinese medicine symptom scores were significantly decreased after treatment and during follow-up period,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,FSH/LH and Chinese medicine symptom scores in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment and during follow-up period,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding in coordinating Chong and Conception Channels have a therapeutic effect on DOR patients.Acupuncture at Chong and Conception Channels has a good effect on the improvement of sex hormone levels in DOR patients.
