摘　　要：随着移动互联网技术和移动GIS技术的快速发展,移动平台的便携性为移动规划信息系统建设带来强大的支撑。通过分析规划工作人员移动办公的需求和移动GIS技术的特点,构建了基于移动GIS的规划管理系统,设计了系统总体架构和功能,重点阐述了移动GIS技术在系统中的应用,完成了系统开发。该系统改善了目前规划管理现状,提升了城乡管理信息化水平和信息支撑保障能力。With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and mobile GIS technology, the portability of mobile platform brings great advantages to the construction of mobile planning information system. Based on the analysis of the planning office sta ’s mobile office demands and the characteristics of mobile GIS technology, we built a planning management system based on mobile GIS. On the basis of this, we designed the overall architecture and functions of the system. Then, we expounded the application of mobile GIS technology in the system emphatically, and completed the system development. is system can improve the current status of planning management, and upgrade the informatization level of urban and rural management and the ability of information support and guarantee.
