摘  要:为了掌握处于寒冷及夏热冬冷不同采暖矿区余废热资源状况,基于现场调研和数据计算分析结果,探讨了矿区余废热资源可提取资源量的影响因素和特征,提出了品位高低不同的余废热资源与场区不同供热场所相互匹配的余废热资源综合利用方案。结果表明:煤矿余废热资源可提取热量与煤矿所在的气候区域及纬度、产能、通风方式、采面埋深、地质情况等因素有关;浅层开采的寒冷高纬度地区矿井明显余热资源不足,而深层开采的寒冷低纬度或者夏热冬冷地区的矿井余热量较富裕;根据单项余废热资源量、总余废热资源量、以及单项供热负荷大小、总供热负荷的大小关系,给出了寒冷地区及夏热冬冷不同矿区的余热资源与供热负荷匹配方案建议,并提出了多种余热资源耦合利用工艺原理。In order to grasp the conditions of waste heat resources in the heating mining areas located at different latitudes,the influencing factors and characteristics of extractable heat from waste heat resources at mining areas are discussed in this paper based on the field investigation and data calculation results.The comprehensive matching scheme between the waste heat resource with different grades and the different heating sites in the field are put forward.The results show that the extractable heat of coal mine from waste heat resources was related to the climatic zones and latitudes,productivity,ventilation mode,depth of coal face,geological conditions and other factors.In the shallow mines of cold and high-latitude zones,the waste heat resources were obviously insufficient,while in the deep mines of cold and low-latitude zones or hot summer and cold winter zones,the waste heat resources was relatively abundant.According to the quantitative relationship among single waste heat resource,total waste heat resources,single heat supply load and total heat supply load,the matching scheme of waste heat resources and heat supply load in the cold area,hot summer and cold winter at different latitudes was proposed,and the process principle for coupling and utilization of various waste heat resources was provided.
