摘 要:为提高混凝土材料的早期强度,用磁化水代替普通水拌制偏高岭土混凝土。磁化水的磁化参数选用4种不同磁场强度和5种不同水流量,并制作标准试块在标准养护7d后进行抗压和劈裂抗拉强度试验。结果表明:偏高岭土掺量为15%时,磁化水合适磁场强度为285~330mT,流经磁化器的合适水流量为13~16L/min;磁化水偏高岭土混凝土7d抗压强度和7d劈裂抗拉强度均较普通混凝土和偏高岭土混凝土得到明显提升;其中在磁场强度为330mT和水流量为13L/min时,磁化水偏高岭土混凝土较偏高岭土混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别提高38.01%和33.33%,较普通混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别提高51.02%和46.67%。In order to improve the early strength of concrete materials,magnetic water is used instead of tap water to mix metakaolin concrete.The magnetization parameters of the magnetic water were selected from four different magnetic strengths and five different water flows,and the standard test blocks were tested for compressive and splitting tensile strength after 7 days of standard curing.The results show that when the metakaolin content was 15%,the suitable magnetic strength of the magnetizer is 285~330mT,the suitable water flow rate through the magnetizer was 13~16L/min;The 7d compressive strength and 7d splitting tensile strength of magnetic metakaolin concrete were significantly improved compared with common concrete and metakaolin concrete.Among them,when the magnetic field strength was 330mT and the water flow rate was 13L/min,the magnetic water metakaolin concrete was more biased.The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of metakaolin concrete increased by 38.01%and 33.33%,respectively,which were 51.02%and 46.67%higher than the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of common concrete.
