摘 要:为了研究煤炭的氧化规律以及准确地对自燃发火情况进行预测预报,针对官地煤矿8煤层,采用煤氧化实验装置,对实验所析出气体的成分、生成先后顺序和生成量与温度之间存在的规律性进行了测试研究,并结合工作面的实际,进行预测预报。结果表明:8煤层利用CO增加趋势作为预测预报煤自燃发火的指标值,在CO存在的前提下,只要出现C 2H 4气体,即井下某区域发生了煤炭自燃,必须立即采取灭火措施。根据对采空区工作面的现场监测,得出采空区没有形成自燃发火区域。In order to study the oxidation rule of coal and predict the spontaneous combustion accurately,the experiment device of coal oxid-ation was used for the eighth coal seam of Guandi Coal Mine to test the relationship between the gas composition,producing sequence and production and temperature,and to make the prediction according to the working faces The results show that in the eighth coal seam the increasing trend of CO was used as the index value to forecast coal spontaneous combustion.Under the premise of the existence of CO,as long as C 2H 4 gas emerged,that is,coal spontaneous combustion occurred underground in a certain area,fire-fighting measures must be taken immediately.According to the field monitoring of goaf working face,it is found that no spontaneous combustion area was formed in goaf.
