摘　　要：在罗尔斯的平等思想体系中,两个正义原则是其得以建构的重要理论支点。与两个正义原则紧密相关的概念当中,罗尔斯的善理论在各方面都发挥着重要作用。罗尔斯在《正义论》中论及到强、弱两种善理论,它们在罗尔斯的平等和正义理论体系中与正义观之间的关系是有所不同的。善的弱理论具有合理性解释的工具意义,它的功能在于为论证正义原则提供必备的基本善;善的强理论具有一定的道德性价值及意义,其作用体现在以证得的正义原则去规定其他相关的道德概念。In the equality system of Rawls,the two principles of justice are the important theoretical fulcrum of its construction.Among the concepts closely related to the two principles of justice,Rawls’theory of kindness plays an important role in all aspects.In his theory of justice,Rawls talks about the strong and weak good theories,which have different relations with the concept of justice in Rawls’theory system of equality and justice.The weak theory of kindness has the instrumental meaning of rational explanation.Its function lies in providing necessary basic good for the demonstration of the principle of justice.The strong theory of kindness has certain moral value and significance,and its function is embodied in defining other relevant moral concepts by the principle of justified justice.This study expounds the two good theories and Rawls’argumentation on the rationality and purpose of kindness theory,as well as the relationship between justice and kindness,and analyzes the value of kindness theory in Rawls’equal perspective.
