摘　　要：采用环保型尤纳素染料对散毛进行染色,针对在实际生产中出现的色花、色差、染色不匀和浅色散毛容易泛黄等现象进行了工艺设计及优化。探讨了温度、pH、助剂等因素对散毛染色上染率和固色率的影响,对深、中、浅色染色进行工艺设计及优化。The dyeing was carried out on the loose wool by using the environment-friendly Unisol dye.The process design and optimization were carried out for the phenomena of color,color difference,uneven dyeing and yellowing of light color loose wool in practical production.The effects of temperature,pH,additives and other factors on the dye-uptake and fixation rate of the loose wool dyeing were discussed.The process design and optimization of deep,medium and light color dyeing were carried out.
