摘 要:介绍了纤维素纤维类织物冷轧堆无盐染色新工艺,并列举了大生产实验。结果表明,无盐冷轧堆新工艺染后效果满足基本服用要求。通过与纤维素纤维类织物传统染色工艺对比,得出无盐冷轧堆新工艺节省染料、碱、水、电以及蒸汽分别为15%、30%、30%、20%和25%,有效降低染色成本,且染后织物颜色均匀、色光纯正以及色牢度佳。The salt-free and cold pad-batch dyeing technology for cellulose fabrics was introduced,including the dosage of auxiliaries and dyestuffs,dyeing temperature and time.Meanwhile production practical samples were listed,and it showed that cellulose fabrics can completely meet the basic requirements of the wearing property.Compared with the traditional dyeing process for cellulose fabrics,15%of dyestuffs and 30%of alkali can be saved,30%of water,20%of electricity and 25%of steam can be reduced in salt-free and cold pad-bath dyeing technology.This salt-free and cold pad-bath dyeing technology features low-cost of dyeing process,and similar shade and color fastness to those conventional dyeing process.
