摘　　要：目的调查妊娠期糖尿病患者的营养膳食行为和运动情况。方法自行设计量表,调查1184例妊娠期糖尿病患者的营养膳食行为和孕期运动情况。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者膳食种类、膳食量、食物搭配、食用频次、膳食烹饪、膳食餐次分配、妊娠期运动等存在缺陷。结论应加强妊娠期糖尿病患者在妊娠期的科学营养膳食行为和科学运动管理。Objective To investigate the nutritional dietary behavior and exercise status of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Nutritional dietary behavior and exercise during pregnancy were investigated in 1184 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus by self-designed scale.Results There were defects in dietary type,dietary quantity,food mix,frequency of consumption,dietary cooking,distribution of dietary meals and exercise during pregnancy in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Conclusion Scientific nutritional dietary behavior and scientific exercise management should be strengthened in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.
