医护协同管理在有生育需求子宫肌瘤剔除术患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护协同管理在有生育需求子宫肌瘤剔除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,将2017年6月1日~2018年7月31日妇科病房收治的56例子宫肌瘤患者作为观察组,采用医护协同管理;将2016年6月1日~2017年7月31日妇科病房收治的48例子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,采用常规子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期护理管理。比较两组患者手术基本情况、术后并发症发生情况、治疗依从性。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医护协同管理能够有效缩短有生育需求子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的手术时间和住院时间,减少术后并发症,同时对其出院后治疗依从性具有良好的改善作用。Objective:To explore the application of doctor-nurse collaborative management in caring patients with uterine myomectomy with fertility needs.Methods:A retrospective analysis method was adopted.From June 1,2017 to July 31,2018,56 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the gynecological ward were selected as the observation group,and doctor-nurse collaborative management was used.From June 1,2016 to July 31,2017,48 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the gynecological ward were selected as the control group,and routine uterine myomectomy perioperative nursing management was used.The basic operation conditions,postoperative complications and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospital expenses were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The doctor-nurse collaborative management can effectively shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients with uterine myomectomy with fertility needs,reduce postoperative complications,and improve the treatment compliance after discharge.
