摘　　要：目的:探讨纽曼健康系统模式下三级预防护理干预对脊髓损伤患者焦虑、抑郁及自理能力的影响。方法:将48例脊髓损伤患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组各24例,对照组实施常规护理及心理护理干预,干预组在常规护理及心理护理基础上实施纽曼健康系统模式下的三级预防护理干预。两组患者均在入院时、入组3个月后门诊随访时采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及Barthel指数评定量表问卷进行调查。结果:干预后3个月干预组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,自理能力Barthel指数得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纽曼健康系统模式下的三级预防护理干预能有效缓解脊髓损伤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善患者心理健康状态,提高患者的自理能力,有利于患者尽早恢复身心健康。Objective:To explore the effect of level 3 prevention and nursing intervention in Newman health system model on anxiety,depression and self-care ability of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 48 patients with spinal cord injury were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention,and the intervention group received level 3 preventive nursing intervention based on routine nursing and psychological nursing.All the patients in the two groups were investigated by the Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Barthel index rating scale at the time of admission and at the outpatient follow-up 3 months after enrollment.Results:SDS and SAS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group and Barthel index scores of self-care ability were higher than those of the control group at 3 months after intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level 3 preventive nursing intervention under the Newman health system model can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with spinal cord injury,improve the mental health of patients,enhance the self-care ability of patients,and help patients to recover physical and mental health as soon as possible.
