摘　　要：目的:探讨同理心护理对脑梗死患者护理服务需求满足及负性情绪的影响。方法:将120例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组按常规临床路径进行护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予同理心护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组神经功能恢复情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理服务需求满足中护士态度、护理技能、信息告知、情感体验评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后中文版情绪和社会功能障碍量表(ESDQ)评分低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后ESDQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院3个月生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死患者开展同理心护理,可提升其护理服务需求满足程度,改善负性情绪及生存质量。Objective:To explore the influence of empathy nursing on the satisfaction of nursing service needs and negative emotions of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each.The control group was given nursing intervention according to the conventional clinical path,and the observation group was given empathy nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in neurological function recovery between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of attitude,nursing skills,information noted and emotional experience of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,Chinese version of emotional and social dysfunction scale(ESDQ)score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention(P<0.05),and ESDQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can promote the satisfaction of their nursing service needs,and improve negative emotions and quality of life.
