产褥期初产妇自我护理能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查产褥期初产妇的自我护理能力现状,分析相关影响因素。方法采取方便抽样的方法,2018年11月—2019年2月抽取产褥期初产妇254例,采用产褥期妇女自我护理能力自评量表及自行设计的一般资料问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果产褥期初产妇自我护理能力量表的总分为(151.75±16.38)分,采用标准计分后各维度得分从低到高依次为自我护理技能、自我护理知识、自我护理态度。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,学历、是否参加孕妇学校、婚姻状况、家庭住址、家庭月收入是产褥期初产妇自我护理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论产褥期初产妇的自我护理能力处于中等水平,但自我护理技能较差。自我护理能力受多种因素的影响,医护人员应采取有针对性的干预措施,进一步提高产褥期初产妇的自我护理能力。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of self-care ability of primiparas during puerperium.Methods Totally 254 primiparas who gave birth between November,2018 and February,2019 were selected by convenience sampling method.A questionnaire survey with Self-care Ability Self-rating Scale and self-made general information scale was conducted.Results The total score of Self-care Ability Self-rating Scale was(151.75±16.38),and the factor of self-care skills ranked lowest,followed by self-care knowledge,self-care attitude.Stepwise multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the self-care ability of primiparas were education level,whether to participate in health education of pregnancy,marital status,place of residence and family monthly income(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-care ability of the primiparas in this study was in the middle level,but the self-care skill was relatively poor.The self-care ability was influenced by many factors,so the medical staff should take targeted interventions to improve the self-care ability of primiparas during puerperium.
