摘　　要：目的探讨自我效能理论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病延续性护理中的应用效果。方法112例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组出院前给予常规健康指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施以自我效能为理论基础的自我管理干预。对比2组干预前和干预8周后6 min步行距离(6MWD)、呼吸困难严重程度分级标准评分(MRC)和COPD自我效能量表(CSES)评分。结果干预后,2组6MWD较干预前提高,MRC评分较干预前降低,且观察组6MWD长于对照组,MRC评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组CSES量表各维度评分及总分均升高,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD稳定期患者实施以自我效能为理论基础的自我管理干预能够提高患者自护能力,对改善疾病预后有积极效应。Objective To evaluate the interventions based on self-efficacy theory in continuing nursing care of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Totally 112 patients with COPD in stable phase were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 56 cases in each group.All patients received routine care and health education before discharge from hospital,and those in the observation group received continuing nursing interventions based on self-efficacy theory.The 6-min walk distance(6MWD),scores of Medical Research Council Dyspnoea Scale(MRC)and COPD Self-Efficacy Scale(CSES)were compared between two groups.Results The 6MWD in the observation group was longer than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The score of MRC in the observation group was lower than that in the control after intervention(P<0.05).The factor-score and overall score of CSES were increased in both two groups after intervention,and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing interventions based on self-efficacy theory are effective to enhance the self-care ability and improve prognosis in COPD patients.
