摘　　要：目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在术后患者ICU交接中的应用效果。方法以SBAR沟通模式为框架,构建SBAR标准化术后患者ICU交接单。采用方便抽样方法,选取2017年7月—8月贵州省人民医院术后转入ICU的患者90例作为对照组;另选取2017年10月—11月术后转入ICU的患者88例作为观察组。对照组采用常规交接模式,观察组采用SBAR标准化术后患者ICU交接单进行交接。比较2组交接问题发生率、交接班耗时。结果观察组交接问题发生率5.68%(5/88),低于对照组的17.78%(16/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组交接班耗时(9.82±1.51)min,短于对照组的(11.31±1.81)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SBAR沟通模式可降低交接问题发生率,提高护理工作质量,缩短交接耗时,提高护士工作效率。Objective To investigate the effect of situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)communication mode in handover of postoperative patients from operating room(OR)to intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Based on SBAR communication mode,a SBAR standardization handover sheet was built by literature review and Delphi method.A convenience sample of 90 postoperative patients admitted between 2017 July to August were set as the control group,where the conventional handover mode was used.From October to November,2017,another 88 postoperative patients were treated as the observation group,and the SBAR standardization handover sheet was used in the handover from OR to ICU.The handover-related errors and average time of handover were observed and compared between two groups.Results The rate of errors related to handover decreased from 17.78%(16/90)in the control group to 5.68%(5/88)in the observation g group(P<0.05).The average time of handover was(9.82±1.51)min in the observation group,which was shorter than(11.31±1.81)min in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR communication mode is able to decrease the errors related to handover,shorten the average time of handover and improve quality of nursing in OR and ICU.
