中药皮肤透析温度调适护理对慢性肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药皮肤透析温度调适护理对慢性肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者的影响。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月我院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者94例为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各47例。对照组予以常规中药皮肤透析护理干预,研究组则予以温度调试中药皮肤透析护理干预。分别比较2组干预前后生活质量以及瘙痒评分,血磷、甲状旁腺激素水平,患者满意率情况。结果干预后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(t=3.457,P=0.001),瘙痒评分低于对照组(t=11.350,P<0.001);血磷、甲状旁腺激素水平低于对照组(t=7.461,P<0.001;t=10.938,P<0.001);患者满意率高于对照组(χ^2=5.045,P=0.025)。结论温度调试护理应用于中药皮肤透析中,有利于改善慢性肾功能衰竭皮肤瘙痒患者生活质量,缓解瘙痒症状,同时有利于改善其血钙、甲状旁腺激素水平,提高患者满意率。Objective To study the effect of the temperature-adjustment skin dialysis nursing using traditional Chinese medicine on chronic renal failure patients with itches.Methods A total of 94 chronic renal failure patients with pruritus,admitted to our hospital between March 2016 and March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each of 47,according to a random number table.The control group received routine skin dialysis nursing using the traditional Chinese medicine,while the study group was provided with temperature-adjustment skin dialysis nursing using the same traditional Chinese medicine.The scores of quality of life(QOL)and itch,blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels,and patient satisfaction were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The QOL score and satisfaction of the study group after the intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=3.457,P=0.001;χ^2=5.045,P=0.025),while the itch score and serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels of the study group were significantly lower than the latter(t=11.350,P<0.001;t=7.461,P<0.001;t=10.938,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of temperature-adjusted skin dialysis nursing using the traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life and satisfaction,as well as the blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels,and alleviate the symptoms of pruritus in patients with chronic renal failure.
