改良克氏针张力带与髌骨爪内固定术治疗髌骨横行骨折的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比髌骨横行骨折采用改良克氏针张力带与髌骨爪内固定术治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的髌骨横行骨折患者60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为KW组(应用改良克氏针张力带治疗)、PC组(采用髌骨爪内固定术治疗)各30例。比较2组围术期指标、并发症及Bostman功能优良率。结果与KW组相比,PC组骨折愈合时间、手术时间短,并发症发生率低,Bostman功能优良率高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨横行骨折采用髌骨爪内固定术治疗可提升功能优良率,缩短手术时间及骨折愈合时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of modified Kirschner wire tension band and patella claw internal fixation in treatment of patella transverse fracture.Methods 60 patients with patella transverse fracture in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.They were divided into KW group(modified Kirschner wire tension band)and PC group(patella claw internal fixation)according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The perioperative indexes,complications and excellent rate of Bostman function were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with KW group,the fracture healing time,operation time and the incidence of complications in PC group were lower,while the excellent rate of Bostman function in PC group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with modified Kirschner wire tension band,patella claw internal fixation in treatment of patella transverse fracture is more effective,it has small trauma and less complications.
