国内外“教授治校”发展及对我国大学治理的启示

摘  要:“教授治校”作为传统的大学治理体系,自其始于欧洲中世纪巴黎大学,无论是在欧美等国家还是我国都有其各自的发展及辉煌时刻,这种教学管理理念对世界各国大学发展、学术水平的提高,尤其是学术自由理念的推进都有着极其重要的影响。本文概述了国外一些国家的大学如何进行“教授治校”,简单介绍了我国近代时期的两所著名大学“教授治校”的历史,分析“教授治校”完善大学治理结构,探索我国大学治理发展新理念对我国现阶段新时代大学治理有哪些启示。As a traditional system of university governance beginning in University of Paris in Mediaeval Europe,"university governance by professors"has its own development and glorious moments in both Europe and the United States and China.This kind of teaching management concept has important influence on the development of universities around the world and the improvement of academic level,especially the promotion of the concept of academic freedom.This paper outlines how universities in some foreign countries conduct"university governance by professors",briefly introduces the history of"university governance by professors"in two famous universities in modern China,analyzes the role of"university governance by professors"in improving the governance structure of universities,and explores the enlightenment of China's new ideas for the development of university governance to China's university governance in the new era.
