摘  要:目的:探索多学科综合教学(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)结合案例讨论教学法(case-based learning,CBL)模式在颅内肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将100名规范化培训医师随机分为4组,A组MDT+CBL教学组,B组CBL教学组,C组MDT教学组,D组传统教学组,每组25人。学习结束时,4组均参与闭卷考试和填写问卷调查。以考试结果和教学满意度作为评估教学效果的指标。结果:闭卷考试成绩和教学满意度调查结果显示,A组成绩均高于B、C、D三组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颅内肿瘤的临床教学中,与传统教学模式相比,通过MDT联合CBL的模式,规范化培训医师可以取得更好的学习效果,加深知识理解,提高满意度和综合素质。Objective:To explore the application of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with case-based learning(CBL)model in clinical teaching of intracranial tumors.Methods:100 physicians receiving standardized training were randomly divided into 4 groups with 25 physicians in each group:Group A was the MDT+CBL teaching group;Group B was the CBL teaching group;Group C was the MDT teaching group;Group D was the traditional teaching group.At the end of the study,all four groups participated in the closed-book exam and completed the questionnaire survey.The test results and teaching satisfaction were used as indicators to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the closed-book exam and teaching satisfaction survey showed that the scores of Group A were higher than those of Groups B,C and D,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical teaching of intracranial tumors,compared with the traditional teaching mode,through the model of MDT combined with CBL,physicians receiving standardized training can achieve better learning results,deepen knowledge understanding,improve satisfaction and comprehensive quality.
