朋辈辅学法在高职涉外护理英语听说教学中的应用

摘  要:朋辈教育是利用学生群体中的优秀分子对身边的同学进行教育的一种模式。国内外对朋辈教育在学校的心理辅导和思想教育方面的应用研究结果显示了它的有效性。目前我院的英语听说教学受多种因素制约,一直难以取得理想的效果,借鉴于朋辈教育的成功经验,笔者尝试将朋辈辅学方法应用于涉外护理英语听说教学中。本文介绍了朋辈教育在国内外的发展和应用,以及在高职涉外护理英语听说教学中应用朋辈辅学法的具体方案。Peer education is a model in which the outstanding students act as educator to help the other students.The application of peer education at home and abroad in psychological counseling and ideological education in schools shows its effectiveness.At present,there are difficulties in the English listening and speaking teaching due to many factors.And the writer tries to apply peer education to the teaching of listening and speaking for International Nursing classes.This paper introduces the development and application of peer education at home and abroad,and how the writer carried out the method of peer education in teaching.
