生态文明进程中污染源监督性监测问题与对策建议

摘　　要：指出了污染源监督性监测是生态文明建设中一项重要监测工作。尽管环境管理模式、污染源监测工作的内容和重点均有调整,但是污染源监督性监测仍然存在许多问题,有些问题仍未得到改善。针对废水采样、原始记录表格、样品保存的不规范,废气监测、数据审核及评价、监测报告编制等方面存在的问题提出了相应的对策与建议。Monitoring of pollution sources with supervisory property is an important monitoring work in the construction of ecological civilization.Although the mode of environmental management and the content and emphasis of pollution source monitoring had been adjusted,there were still many problems in monitoring of pollution sources with supervisory property,some of which had not been improved.In this paper,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of waste water sampling,original record forms,samples preservation with non-standard,exhaust gas monitoring,data review and evaluation and the compilation of monitoring reports.
