摘  要:采用斜生栅藻和木醋杆菌构建藻菌共生系统固定化藻,制备了粒径为1 cm和2 cm的固定化藻,以游离藻作对照,测定了斜生栅藻处理后的猪粪废水的氨氮含量、总磷含量、总氮含量并计算了去除率;探究了不同粒径的固定化斜生栅藻和游离斜生栅藻对猪粪废水的净化能力。实验结果显示,固定化藻对猪粪废水中氨氮、总磷、总氮的去除率高于游离藻,且1 cm固定化藻的去除能力更好。说明较小粒径的固定化斜生栅藻对净化畜禽废水有明显优势,具有较高的应用价值。In this study,Scenedesmus obliquus and Gluconacetobacterxylinus were used to construct the symbiotic system of algae and bacteria.The immobilized algae with particle size of 1cm and 2cm were prepared.The free algae were used as control.The pig manure treated by Scenedesmus obliquus was determined.The ammonia nitrogen content,total phosphorus content and total nitrogen content of wastewater were calculated and the removal rate was calculated.The purification ability of immobilized S.obliquus and S.obliquus with different particle sizes on pig manure wastewater was investigated.The experimental results show that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and total nitrogen in pig manure wastewater is higher than that of free algae,and the removal ability of immobilized algae is better.The experimental results show that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and total nitrogen in pig manure wastewater by immobilized algae is higher than that of free algae.And the removal ability of immobilized algae of 1cm is better.This shows that immobilized Scenedesmus obliquus with smaller particle size has obvious advantages in purifying livestock wastewater and has higher application value.
