摘　　要：指出了随着《促进科技成果转化法》系列政策法规的修订和发布实施,国内高校积极探索符合我国国情的技术转移模式。聚焦国外高校技术转移的主要模式,将其归纳为内设模式、外设模式及混合模式,分别以世界知名高校—斯坦福大学、牛津大学、东京大学为例,对其技术转移模式进行了深入梳理和分析。并结合我国高校技术转移现状提出了建立技术转移专业机构、建设专业化人才队伍,加大资金投入等相关建议。以供参考。In recent years,with the revision and implementation of the series of policies and regulations on the Law on the Promotion of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements,domestic universities have actively explored technology transfer models that are in line with China's national conditions.This paper focuses on thekey modes of technology transfer in foreign universities,and classifies them into internal models,peripheral models and hybrid models.The world-renowned universities,Stanford University,Oxford University and Tokyo University,take the example of their technology transfer models.Combing and analyze.Finally,combined with the status quo of technology transfer in China's colleges and universities,it puts forward some suggestions on establishing a professional organization for technology transfer,building a professional talent team,and increasing capital investment.
